In 2006 I retired from Folsom Prison as a Correctional Sergeant. During the nearly 25 years I worked at the prison, I accumulated numerous photographs, both historic and modern day. These photographs help provide a guideline to the items sold here.

Many visitors/tourist over  the years have expressed deep interest in the history and appearance of the prison.

I must admit, even after all these years, I am still amazed at the architecture. Not to mention, most of the historic structures were built using convict labor and raw granite taken from the prison's own rock quarry!

The purpose of this site is not to make outrageous profits or gain notoriety but to give those who do not have the opportunity to visit the prison and the prison museum a chance to purchase Folsom Prison memorabilia/items at a reasonable price.

 “Shipping and handling” for all items on this site are free.  I think “shipping and handling” is just another way of saying “we are going to gouge you for as much money as we can,” and I don’t agree with that!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you purchase here, please return them to me within 30 days of the day you receive them and I will gladly refund your money.

If you have a specific request for an item, maybe something personalized or something with a particular photo on it, email me and let me see if I can get it for you.  Of course, anything personalized would cost a little more, but I promise to try and keep the cost as low as reasonable.
